AFI Park Brasov project consist of two “Class A” office buildings, developed adjacent and integrated into the AFI Brasov shopping mall. The first office building is estimated to be delivered in 2020. The project will offer a leasable area of 25,000 sqm GLA (30,000 sqm GBA).
