Established as a family business in Fatih Edirnekapı in 1913, the shop moved to Cihangir in 1938. Asri Turşucusu has been serving in Cihangir for more than a century with its homemade, healthy and delicious pickles. Asri Turşucu, which is closed in the summer, opens again in September and serves until the summer.
