A 2018 Best New Restaurant, this grandmotherly North Phoenix café specializes in kosher cuisine (Bukharian Jewish restaurant) from Uzbekistan – itself culled from a dizzying variety of cultures and traditions along the ancient Silk Road, from Korean salads to Russian borscht.
