It’s not for the bar itself but the view is wonderful ! Just behind the Belleville park, you can see all of Paris. Recommended for sunset (or sunrise :)

A beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower in a not at all touristic area. A very nice restaurant, good food, entertainment such as board games, affordable prices.

Nice restaurant/bar with the best view of PAris, closed to parc de Belleville and I did the decoration ;)
