Fancy fries in the center of town… there is even truffle mayo!! Unlike other places, there is space to sit down inside.

In our eyes, nothing beats a tasty French fry with a matching sauce. After more than 18 months of testing different types of potatoes, soil types and other elements in the process of making a good French fry, the time had finally come. The Hague had the scoop in 2016: the opening of the first Frites Atelier was a fact, after which other sites were created.
