One of my favourite days out is to drive east down the coast to Marzememi. I like to follow the coastal road all the way, the last 20 minutes crosses beautiful wetlands. My preferred restaurant is Taverna la Cialoma! You can sit by the sea or in the square. There are wonderful natural reserves just to the north called Vendicari.
