Having lived five years in Chengdu, I'm very particular about authentic Chuan Cai. This restaurant cooks up all the favorite dishes from Central China. Be prepared to take home leftovers.

If you like spicy Chinese food, this is the place to go. Must try: boiled fish with green pepper sauce, toothpick lamb with cumin, red chili chicken and mixed vegetable skewers.
