The Agricultural Museum of Mykonos, Cyclades: The Agricultural Museum of Mykonos is an open-air site, although part of the display is housed in the Boni windmill, dating from the 16th century and belonging to the Folklore Museum of the island. This windmill is placed on a hill in the area of Ano Myloi, meaning "Upper Windmills", overlooking the bay of the capital town, to the east of the island. The Agricultural Museum is actually a division of the Folklore Museum and it exhibits a vast collection of agricultural tools that were traditionally used in the centuries before industrialization, as well as certain items related with the production of farm products. Some of the main exhibits are a traditional threshing machine and a village-style oven, as well as a wine press, a water wheel, a stone water tank and a dovecote. On the other hand, there is a festivity held in this museum every year on the second Sunday of September, the feast of the grape harvest.
