Welcome to our all day shawarma and falafel local in Surry Hills. Shwarmama, which is fully licensed, will offer a few classics , done well & with tradition in mind. Think spice-marinated chicken or lamb shawarma ( depending on the day ) wrapped in laffa flatbread herb-packed falafel fried to order and stuffed into fresh pita with garlic sauce, pickle and cabbage; sabich - an Israeli staple of pita filled with fried eggplant , eggs & hummus ; and our NHSP a riff on the Halal snack pack which we are affectionately calling not Halal snack pack
