Providing a 200+ station state-of-the-art gym and a wide range of classes. The centre has a 25 metres 8 lane swimming pool and a children’s pool. There is also a coffee shop/restaurant

I believe they only charge £10-14 per day and have the following facilities: - Gym spanning two whole floors - Olympic (I think) size swimming pool - Squash courts - Badminton Courts - Spa & Hammam - Spa treatments
