Traditional butchers and smallgoods makers sourcing pigs, lambs and beef direct from the farm to prepare fresh cuts, fresh sausages and smallgoods in the traditional style. Delicious chorizo, bacon and ham within minimum nitrates as a healthier option that we always have in the fridge. You can find Mr Hohnen at the weekly farmers markets or The Farm House range at local stockists: McHenry Hohnen cellar door (Twigs local winery), Blue Ginger or The Larder (all in the guidebook).
