Try Kanom Jeen (rice noodles) in ChiangRai-style Nam Ngiaw (tomato and spicy curry soup with blood jelly), or in Southern-style green curry with whole piece of blue crab, or in my favorite's Nam Ya Pla (Fish curry sauce). They all go well with purple shaved ice-cream made from butterfly pea flower custard. Open daily 9:00am-6:00pm close Wednesday
