This garden metro park along Vermilion River. It is free and is beautiful year-round. There is also a carousel Merry-Go-Round (small fee) and a children's play area.

Lovely gardens, free to the public. You can ride the tram for the tour or just walk around, adorable childrens garden, waterfall and ponds.
