Locally owned grocery store with everything you include. They have a great beer selection.

This is a local chain on Bardstown Road in MidCity mall. They are really good, have a good organic selection and local products. I like to support this business as much as I can. They also have to go sushi and the sushi chef there is Japanese. Affordable and good for a quick take-away.

If you want a specialty food store, Lotsa Pasta or the Cheddar box . Pauls Fruit market.
