There are a few options for dining here...Jamison's Restaurant which is open daily for breakfast & sat evenings for a dinner buffet; Embers Bar open daily for fireside dining and tapas; The Terrace open Thurs to Sun with a great enclosed terrace overlooking the Jamison Valley; Sublime Lounge open daily for breakfast and a special Fairmont High Tea; and Eucalypt Restaurant open Fri & sat only for exquisite and intimate dining.
