Spent a half-hour in Kingston Olive Oil Company (Picton) sampling extra virgin olive oil flavoured with Tuscan herbs, chipotle and black truffle, and aged balsamic vinegar infused with everything from red apple to dark chocolate. The flavour combinations here are endless!
