There is something for everyone down on the esplanade. Take your pick from great breakfast and brunch bars to long lunches and late night dinners. Kids will be busy all day on the beach and in the many playgrounds on the green, enjoy an easy afternoon on the BBQ or be spoilt for choice in cuisine. There are frequent art, music and community events.

20 minutes by car from Golden Bay, visit Rockingham foreshore and beach. Great day out, lots of places to stop for a drink or a bite to eat.

The water is a lovely colour, the sand is white, the beachfront restuarants here are the most affordable. The biggest downside is that it also overlooks the Kwinana Refinery's and it is a decent drive away.
