if you reserve IN ADVANCEa table in the Restaurant for Eiscoffe or so.. you are allowed to go up the terrase for free WITH BEAUTIFULL VIEW FROM BERLIN CENTER AND BERLINER DOM + Museum INSEL

The restaurant on top has two wonderful terraces with great views to Unter den Linden, to the Lustgarten and the reconstruction of the Berlin castle. In the middle is a witty café with great menus.

See the ballet of the birds at sunset over the Berlin Cathedral from the terrace of the top floor. If the bird have a day off, just enjoy the views of the city.
