The G train which takes you north and south through Brooklyn from Queens.

Use the Washington and Fulton Avenue entrance. Train will take you to Manhattan in ~20 minutes. You can also transfer at the Jay Street Station (across the platform) to the F train which will take you to more places in Manhattan
