The oldest operational brewery in Nova Scotia. They don't make their popular IPA beer here but they do make craft beers and ales. There is also a very popular tour here that provides a tour, music, and some sampling. I would recommend calling or emailing them for a place on their tour in advance.

Since 1820, Alexander Keith’s Brewery has provided the fuel for fun in Nova Scotia. Today, the brewery hosts immersive tours—complete with actors in period costumes—and offers storied spaces for all kinds of events. From the courtyard where carts laden with ale once careened through stone arches, to the cosy Stag’s Head pub for a pint, there are plenty of spaces within the brewery to host an exciting event.

Not your standard brewery tour, the guides are in full costume and stay in character the whole time. Highly recommended.
