looking to catch the Seattle skyline but on a budget? Try visiting the skyview observatory at the Columbia Tower. This is the tallest observatory in the Pacific Northwest. General admission is $20

I've eaten here a few times, but came mostly for the view from the ladies bathroom. Worth checking out. Not sure if the restaurant is exclusive or open to the public. Annually there is a stair climb (69 floors) in this building for leukemia
