Nature preserve that was the site of an old mill at the turn of the century. Great swimming and nature trails.

Beautiful walking/cycling trails. Presumpscot River access for swimming, kayaking, SUP, canoeing. Sports fields. Historic Gunpowder Mill site. Just 2 1/2 miles from Carriage House Farm.

You can rent canoes here or go for a quick swim. This is a free local park about 15 minutes away.
