Combine exercise with sightseeing with an early morning stroll along the Westhaven Promenade overlooking the Marina and enjoy breakfast under the Auckland Harbour Bridge. I love looking at the moored yachts and finding the funniest names their owners have given them. Enquire about learning to Sail at the adjacent Ponsonby Cruise Club.

If you feel like a nice stroll along the waterfront promenade, you'll be rewarded with a lovely cafe (Buoy) at the end of your journey. Buoy serves great coffee, brunch & lunch overlooking the yachts in the marina.

Best views to have coffee / food - beautiful wooden boardwalk amongst the sail boats. Gets very busy on the weekend so try be there early..

Beautiful walk to this excellent cafe. Sit inside or outside overlooking marina. Enjoy the boardwalk views of Auckland harbour and the city backdrop. Carry on to city Viaduct, Silo Park and central city waterfront.
