Overall Trapani has superb bread quality. An ancient baking tradition that still make local citizens proud. Pietro Cardillo, owner and brain of the shop, is a young baker who take the best from the history with an aye to nowadays tastes and needs. Highly recommended.

Se cerchi un pane preparato con lievito madre e farine biologiche, allora devi assolutamente andare alla Maidda. All'interno trovi tantissima scelta ed il pane è semplicemente strepitoso.
