If you’re looking to unwind, we have both male and female steam rooms, and a Members Lounge with iPad technology. Fitness First is a large gym spanning 3 levels with extended opening hours. They offer group classes, a cycle studio, steam room, free weights and the usual gym equipment. For out of town visitors, they offer pre-paid passes with a one-off payment.
