This is both a food scene and sightseeing opportunity. Mickey's Diner is open 24/7 and offers the experience of eating at in a 1920's street car while sitting next to skyscraper buildings in downtown St. Paul. It's a greasy spoon but the food is delicious and the rude staff are hilarious!!
