The dining experience at Downtown eatery Xochi is pretty much back to normal, and chef Hugo Ortega’s destination for Oaxacan cuisine is as strong as ever. Consider the memelas, served with roasted pork rib and tomatillo-avocado sauce, or a crispy tlayuda topped with grilled skirt steak and mole negro. -Eater
