Nam vang noodles are a long-standing dish of Southern people. With an attractive accompaniment such as dried shrimp, fried onions, scallions, minced meat, the noodles of Nam Nam have endured for hundreds of years in the hearts of the people of the South.

If you have had too much pho (just kidding, that's not possible), or if you want to try a different noodle soup, "hu tieu" is a must. It's a cambodian-style rice noodle soup with a distinctly delicious flavor, more subtle than pho but as amazing. This shop might only be open in the afternoon/evening. Worth it!
