Chiang's does not look like much from the outside but they make very good Chinese food. Delicious noodles and many other good dishes. They have large round tables with lazy susans for serving family style and are always filled with Chinese customers who know the real deal. You don't go there for the ambience; you go there for really good Chinese food.

Chiang’s has four menus: an Americanized Chinese menu, with all the usual suspects; a traditional Chinese menu, full of authentic dishes that you probably didn’t know even existed; a secret vegetarian menu that you have to ask for specially; and an especially wonderful weekend Taiwanese made-to-order dim-sum menu. Or you can just let them bring you things you will like. It is all very, very delicious.

Delicious take out Chinese, with an American menu and a Chinese menu, both available in English. Five star spicy chicken is amazing! (And not that spicy). Large dining room has not been remodeled in decades.
