This new restaurant is a new venture by the local owners of the expanding Red Cow franchise. Red Rabbit specializes in Italian food mixed with some wood-fired specials. Hands down, this is one of our top three favorite restaurants in Minneapolis. Their burrata is the best we've had outside of Italy...either get the ball to share or order the "New Margherita" pizza so everyone can have a taste. Most portions are small, so order three things minimum for two people. The one exception is their chicken parm: big enough for two. Download NoWait to get on the waiting list before you go!
