Voilà un très bon restaurant-pizzeria italien au centre du vieux village de Leysin. Râpée sur les pâtes ou mariée au filet de bœuf ou d'agneau, la truffe y impose son parfum intense, au même titre que la "burrata" ou "la mozzarella di bufala".
