"I have a pen... I have an apple...", remember that song by a very cringy Asian guy? Well, Nova Scotia has apples... and lots of them. Some Ontario people we knew told us that Nova Scotian apples are the best in Canada, which is such a compliment! Actually, everything that is not about lobsters and lighthouses in Nova Scotia I take as a double compliment. I'm sure they talked about Ambrosia from Annapolis Valley, which is, beyond doubt, the best apples I ever tasted. But guess what?
