My favourite spot in the all world for swimming in cristal blue water and be away from the crowd. To reach it you have to walk a bit and don't forget to bring some food and water before you start descending because once you are there no bars or restaurants around.
The green of the national park and the deep blue of the sea, Monte Marcello is unique.
Less known than Cinqueterre, offers: beautiful iconic towns (Montemarcello, Tellaro) as well as Cinqueterre, stunning views, great sea, hiking. With the Alpi Apuane in the view (High white mountains, famous for their Marmo di Carrara)
A promontory between valley and the sea, a river in the valley that flows in the blu sea, the cliffs underneath, the Apuan Alps in the othe side of the valley and and incredible natural, cultural and historical heritage: this is the Montemarcello-Magra Regional Park
