Holy Spokes is Charleston's bike share program, run through the medical university, MUSC. There are multiple pick up and drop off locations around town. The closest to this property is on the MUSC campus at the horseshoe located at 171 Ashley Avenue. The bikes are $8/hour to rent and come with bike locks.
