Steve Shaw and son are making some of the best wine around. What sets Shaw Winery apart from other Seneca Lake Wineries? First, it is not your typical “styled winery. It’s unpretentious, rustic and somewhat refreshingly wild. This is an artisan winery dedicated to cellar aging, and risk taking since 2002. Aging and quality is their focus. Father and Son are a testament to “Old World” craftsmanship, creativity and a passion for wine making. The whites are refreshingly different from others you may taste. The reds are stellar.
