Belgian inspired street food: Frites, Liege Waffles, Frikandel, Belgian Beer, assorted sandwiches and salads
This place is amazing! It is right on the Freedom Trail, and it serves Belgian Pommes Frites (French Fries) and Liege Waffles. They also make European sandwiches and healthy options as well.
It's in a bit of a touristy area but if, being a tourist, you happen to find yourself there, Saus is a great place for a snack or quick lunch. They have great fries with inventive dipping sauces, plus other Benelux-inspired snacks AND delicious Liege waffles.
A Belgian eatery in Boston? Why not? Great fries with amazing sauces, inventive sandwiches and a well-rounded beer list.
“Good burgers, beers and right in the middle of all the action. This place opened up their second location in Harvard Square recently and it's worth a stop if you're in the area.”
“Very good breakfast and lunch food in a smaller family owned joint. There is seating benches but it is somewhat limited, or take anything to go too. Portion sizes are very big!”
“Another local-ish place in Needham, this is a family oriented Thai. This is really good food but I stick to the ones in Wellesley. If you find yourself in that neighborhood thought is a great place to grab a bite.”
“This is the nicest LEGAL SEA FOOD in the chain.. it's on the water in a new, up and coming neighborhood. can get busy. ”
“This is the local dive bar and is good for cheaper drinks in a not too dive-y either. It has karaoke every night of the week and plenty of tv's if you're looking for somewhere to watch a game.”
