own for Theatre MITP is found on St. Christopher Street in the heart of Valletta. It is situated in what, was originally, premises for the old University of Malta. It is a big room made theatre and due to its limited capacity, this theatre often hosts exhibits by start-up or non-mainstream theatrical or musical groups as well as theatre students. The MITP theatre is a must to visit, even just to experience the informal and interactive ambience created by each performance. This interesting treasure is visited by a good number of tourists annually. Check out the local events calendar on the Malta Council for Culture and the Arts site for upcoming performances due in this theatre.
