Few cities have democratized their waterfront better than Vancouver: you can stroll or cycle along a tree-fringed, wave-lapped walkway all the way from Canada Place to Kitsilano and the University of British Columbia (UBC). Rent bikes or walk around Seawall. Fantastic. Totem Poles are also there.

Renting bicycles and riding around the Stanley Park Seawall is a great way to enjoy Vancouver's largest park with ocean views. There are plenty of places to rent bikes near Denman and West Georgia Street.
