Another great and popular trail close by. It’s actually on the opposite side of rattlesnake ledge trail, the top offers beautiful views of the Cascades

A bit of a climb but my goodness, what a view. A great hike. For a little more challenge, check out Mt Si trail. Annual Discover Pass required (can purchase at Fred Meyer). Dogs on leash okay.

Great hike if you only have a few hours. Very close to downtown North Bend and only a few miles from the cottage or treehouse.

A nice short hike, especially for a beginner like me. Go early to avoid the crowds and the traffic coming back.
