A short drive back over the bridge will get you to San Remo. Lovely little fishing Village with safe swimming beaches, pelican feeding the choice of 2 pubs plus a shopping strip to cater for all your needs. IGA supermarket and petrol station.

Sometimes the simplest things are the best! At around midday every day a flock of pelicans gravitate to the sand near the jetty to be fed. An experienced and knowledgeable wildlife team lead the activity with an informative commentary designed to be educational as well as fun! Keep an eye out in the water and try to spot some stingrays! If fishing's your thing, drop a line off the jetty after the pelicans head off!!

Go for a stroll and on the hot days jump off the peir at one end and float down to the other and do it all over again!

If you time your departure well, and arrive to San Remo (just across the bridge to the mainland on your right hand) prior to 12.00 then you can enjoy the Pelican feeding and quite possibly also view a few big stingrays in the shallow waters of the canal between mainland Australia and Phillip Island. - Great experience for families with kids!
