On Saturdays and Sundays, it's a combination of food places, street fairs, green spaces, and live park performances in a nice neighborhood. Please be aware of pickpockets (they usually are where people gather in a relax atmosphere. From Monday thru Friday, it's a regular park.

Also known as "Plaza Francia", it's a beautiful landmark, perfect for a picnic of a quick stroll.
