Pritchard Beach is just down the road from the studio. There's a wetland park as well to the south. Good birding for those with that skill. And if you happen to be at the studio around father's day Pritchard Beach offers a one-of-a-kind slip-n-slide spectacle...once a year.

A nice little neighborhood beach, fun in the summer!

This swimming beach has a lifeguard most summer days and is right next door to the property. Simply walk on the path at the end of the road and you'll be there.
