The building of the "Funicular" was built in 1936-38. It is a historic and architectural landmark of Tbilisi that is considered a favorite place for locals and city guests for decades. Great views. Funiculair will bring you to Mtatsminda hill. Especially good in the evening night. Works until 4 a.m. Restataraunts work until midnight. Ususally, it`s more chilly there when it`s hot.
