Historic Carnation Farms, the one-time world-renown dairy farm and research lab, has come full-circle and has recently reopened as a working farm and outdoor classroom. Visitors may take historic tours and visit the organic gardens, beehives, chickens, and cows, as well as hiking trails. Or take a truffel making class or a number of others.
