Karst Brewing popped up a few years ago in a refurbished schoolhouse in Fountain, MN and (we think) is Minnesota's smallest brewery. It is quite charming and has a lovely community feel. Every time we go up there the locals welcome us with open arms into their conversations. Nice seating inside and out and sometimes they have food trucks. They're only open on the weekends! One of our favorite things to do is to bike from Lanesboro to Fountain for beer and then bike back (and maybe camp a night in Lanesboro).

Small town micro brewery. The owners used to be my neighbors and buy eggs from me. Maggie's Farm is my favorite beer there. Karst was named after the topography of the area. Fountain is the sink hole capital of Minnesota. Bring your food with you to enjoy their beverages. They will have food trucks on some Friday evenings or Saturdays. Also provide craft sodas.

Bike or drive the few miles to Fountain, MN, the sinkhole capital of the world, to taste the brews of Karst Brewing, LLC. Karst is the geological term to describe our topography, the limestone, sinkholes, caves and more. Visit with locals and enjoy the occasional food truck and fire pit fire.

Awesome beer tastings! Dog Park on premises! You can order food and have it delivered from the Village Square (their pizza is incredible and they have the best pies in Bluff Country) or AJ's!
