Fauna, one of the most popular gastro experiences in Valle de Guadalupe (and rightfully so)!! Experimental ingredients in a fusion food style crafted by the most talented chefs in the region, paired with some of the best wines around is an absolute must for all our visitors!! We suggest you book in advance! If you can't, try their Bruma Wine Garden next door which features some of the same menu items. Vegan and vegetarian options available.

For years, Valle de Guadalupe was dominated by a small group of chef luminaries. Then chef David Castro Hussong opened Fauna at the chic Bruma winery in 2017, quickly establishing his own original voice among a chorus of modern Baja Californian chefs. The chef expresses his lighthearted approach through humble ingredients.
