With a super friendly atmosphere, this rock gym offers a yoga program for climbers (which I teach), work out classes, as well as classes on climbing technique.

Go climb a wall! Vertex encourages beginners and teaches Aerial silk classes too. If you don't like heights try bouldering you never have to climb higher then 6 feet.

If you're into rock climbing, this place is definitely worth checking out! I've only been there a handful of times myself but know friends that can't get enough of this place.
