Sushi Shin is the first branch restaurant by Michelin starred chef Masaki Miyakawa. You can watch the chef prepare your meals over the hinoki counter featuring local Hokkaido produce and fresh seafood sourced daily from Hokkaido and Tokyo's famous fish market.

Some of the most exquisite Sushi in all of Niseko. Not for the budget conscious but well worth it if you are looking to splurge ; )
