Even though Torni isn't the cheapest place the view is wonderful! You can go up here for a tea or a glass of wine and you'll see the whole city.

You can see whole Helsinki from this Skybar. My number one place to have a beer in Helsinki.

Rooftop terrace at the top of Torni-hotel tower (available for non-hotel-guests too) - great views over the city
