Interval is amongst the top 3 best coffee roasters in Milwaukee. It’s a higher end café. They have great light bites and pastries as well.

Amazing Modern Coffee shop nestled into a quiet block off a main street. Amazing coffee and local wine bottle selections too. Top secret: They do an occasional burger night cookout.
